When do we get the keys to the villa?
Access to the villa is via a security code - this will be supplied to you one week prior to your departure along with full directions on how to get to the villa.
Check in is 4pm and Check out is 10am - can I change this?
We of course realise that everyone has very different travel arrangements and where possible we will endeavor to fit the check in and check out times around your own timings wherever possible - just let us know as soon as you confirm your travel arrangements.
Do you accept credit / debit cards?
Yes we can accept payment via all major credit and debit cards, we do however have to add a small admin fee to cover bank charges.
What equipment do you keep to help us cope with our toddlers?
We can supply foldaway cots, playpens and highchairs. We also keep two small buggies in the villa for your convenience.
Who do we contact in an emergency?
We have a local management company on hand to take care of any problems. They are available during regular office hours if you have any minor issues to be taken care of and are also available 24 hours a day in the unlikely event of any emergency. Full contact details are posted in the Villa.
Can I book Car Hire through your site?
Yes, we can offer great discounts on US Car Hire via our partners at
www.uscarhire.co.uk. If you've never been to the Orlando area before, don't worry we even supply you with a
Sat Nav system for the duration of your stay, so you can esily find your way around.
What about Theme Park Tickets?
Yes we can also help you with theme park tickets - order via our partners at
www.park-tickets.com and they will even arrange for delivery of the tickets direct to your villa.
