Your Luxury 5 Bedroom Villa  Relax in the Spa and 30 x 15ft Pool  The 30 x 15ft pool adjoins an extended deck area  The extended deck area offers lots of room for relaxing with all day sunshine  When the Sun gets too hot there is a large shaded lanai to relax in with some chilled wine  The pool area looks onto a Lakeside conservation area offering lots of privacy  There are dining areas adjoining both the Living Room and Kitchen
The luxurious designer sofas await you in the Family room  The large living room offers lots of room to spread out and enjoy the large screen HD TV  The substantial Kitchen has everything you need as well as a large dining area  The Villa boasts no less than 3 Master Suites, 2 of which are on the ground floor, offering easy access for less-able guests  Each of the 3 Master Suites have en-suite bath and shower facilities  Bedrooms 4 and 5 have two twin beds  The Games Room features Pool, Air Hockey, Table Tennis, Table Football and Electronic Darts

The villa is probably quite unique for a 5 bedroom property in that it boasts 3 separate Master Suites.
 
There are 2 large master suites on the ground floor, and one on the upper floor.
 
Upstairs Master SuiteEnSuite Bathroom
The First Master Suite on the upper floor offers excellent views out onto the lake to the rear of the property. The bedroom has a large en-suite bathroom and shower room as well as a walk-in closet 
 
Master Suite 3
