 There is a large open plan Family Room off the kitchen with a 50" High Definition Plasma TV & DVD Home Theater Surround Sound System. The brand new luxurious designer sofas offers ample seating for your group. The TV is supported by a Digital Cable system with over 300 channels - added to this we have an extensive library of over 90 DVD movies.
For those looking to enjoy their own music during their stay, the Home Theater System also has an iPod Docking Station connected to it.  Games console enthusiasts will also delight in the Sony Playstation 3 connected to the 50" High Definition screen. The entire house also benefits from Fast WiFi 7Mbps Internet access which also extends out onto our decking area. Those who don't wish to travel with a laptop computer can also access the Internet here with the supplied wireless keyboard which allows browsing of the Internet via the Playstation's built-in Internet browser.  For the convenience of our guests we provide free local national and international telephone calls - the main telephone also has a built-in digital answering machine. The family room opens out onto a covered lanai area and then on to the the spa and swimming pool deck to the rear of the house.  A more formal living room is located at the front of the house. The comfortable sofa in this room also double as a pull-out occasional sofa bed for larger groups.  We also provide an iPod docking station music centre with AM/FM radio in this room. This room also includes a formal dining area that is excellent for quiet adult dining once the kids are safely tucked up in bed!
