The large 30 x 15 foot swimming pool at the rear of the property faces South and therefore is bathed in sunshine all day so you can fit in a quick half day at the theme parks and still get home to cool off and relax by the pool in the afternoon or evening.

The pool deck also benefits from a covered shaded lanai that provides all day shade from the sun for those times when it can get a little bit too hot! It even has a ceiling fan to keep you cool!
