Our Orlando Vacation Villa is located in the prestigious and peaceful community of Silver Creek and is available for short term Vacation Rental throughout the year. Being just minutes from Walt Disney World it offers a superb base for your Orlando Vacation.

The fully air-conditioned property is equipped with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, kitchen and dining areas. The Villa benefits from a large 30ft x 15ft pool as well as a spa.

The pool sits on a 40ft x 30ft extended deck area with ample space for sunbathing. The south-facing patio also has the benefit of a shaded lanai area when you prefer to cool off under the built-in ceiling fan. In the so-called "winter" months the pool can be heated if guests feel this is necessary. For your reassurance the pool is also protected by a safety fence to keep curious children out of harms way.

The pool looks out on to a beautiful conservation area with a small lake so you can be assured there is ample privacy. Around the lake lots of wildlife can be spotted including herons, white cranes and turtles.

Silver Creek offers the best of both worlds - a quiet wooded location, yet only minutes from the main 192 highway that acts as the main artery for tourism through the Kissimmee / Disney World Area. The villa lies on Woodcrest Way, which comes off Highway 27 just one mile north of its junction with the 192.

Locally there is ample shopping and dining on Highway 27 - a "Winn Dixie" and a "Wal Mart Supermart" are right beside the junction to our street as well as Chili's, KFC, Burger King, MacDonalds and Starbucks.  We also have a new Shopping area called Cagan Crossings which also has some nice family restaurants and friendly bars. Just 1 mile away is the 192 strip which offers shopping and dining to everyone's taste.

The house has 3 master suites and 2 twin bedded rooms all of which offer en-suite facilities. With an additional pull-out sofa the villa will comfortably accommodate up to 12 adults. We can also supply fold-up cribs for our younger guests and each bedroom has ample space for an additional crib giving lots of flexibility for families or large groups. As well as being fully air conditioned, there are ceiling fans throughout the villa. 

The house has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxed holiday with all the essentials supplied including bed linen and towels. We also provide a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board and dishwasher. For your additional convenience there are hair dryers in every bedroom.

For the additional convenience of those with young families we also provide high chairs, strollers and safety gates for the stairs.

To ensure you can stay in touch with your friends and family back home - or keep up to date with you business, we also provide free WiFi Internet Access (7Mbps) and you also have the convenience of free local, national and international telephone calls. 

The house is managed for us by a local management company who will ensure you are looked after and are available 24 hours in the unlikely event of any emergency. For your added security and comfort the villa is protected by a Monitored Alarm System.

To ensure the home is properly serviced between guest visits we ask that guests try to accommodate our check-in times of 4pm and check-out by 10am on the day or departure. Obviously everyone has different travel plans, so we will always try to accommodate our guests as best we can when it comes to arrival and departure. Just let us know at the time of booking or once you have your flight/travel details confirmed.
